Pay half of your payment 15 days before the due date then pay the remaining half 3 days before the due date.

You trick the system into thinking you made two full payments which helps boost your score.

🔥If a credit card is in good standing and it has more than 2 years of age, do not cancel the card.

🤑Make sure you secure another credit card prior to cancelling with better terms (limit, apr, rewards, etc).

I still say don't cancel the card until you have multiple and out of the subprime credit range.

💥Keep in mind you are paying the card off by the statement date with 8% or less only reporting.

🔥Statement date is the date including the amount that is reported to the credit bureaus.

🔥Pay by this date 5-7 business days to ensure your payment has posted and cleared.
