Our client is currently a market leader in technology-driven doctor house calls. Through the touch of an app or a click on the website, they enable patients to easily book on-demand or scheduled doctor house calls, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week, 365 days a year. They have over 100 major corporate clients and are covered as an in-network benefit with Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield of California, CareFirst, Cigna, Health Net, Medicare, and United Healthcare. Our house calls are available across California, Atlanta, Georgia, and Northern Virginia/D.C., Chicago, and NY.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take vitals, draw blood, chart, and facilitate a top-notch patient experience.
• CMA will be responsible for driving the provider to different in-home appointments using their own vehicles.
• Typical patient volume is 8 to 12 patients a day.

Professional Experience/Qualifications:

• High School/GED degree or higher.
• Any of the following licenses/certifications:
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
RMA
MOTOR VEHICLE LICENSE
• 2+ years as a CMA.
• National or State MA Certificate required with phlebotomy skills.
• Experience drawing blood from both children and adults.
• Technically savvy and comfortable using tools such as mobile iPads for charting and HIPAA secure messaging apps for care coordination.
• Senior Patient Care Experience Required.
• Strong belief in the revolutionary nature of house calls and passionate about improving (or better yet disrupting) care delivery.
• Active Driver’s License and Insurance.
• Own a reliable vehicle.
• Must have weekend availability.
• 2 years of direct clinical experience required.
