Heat is heat—whether it's your hair or your oven!

You wouldn't grab a hot pan out of the oven without mitts, right? And you wouldn't cook delicate food at 450°F unless you wanted it burnt to a crisp. The same rules apply to your hair!

•Fine Hair = Like baking delicate pastries → Keep it low (250-300°F) to prevent damage.

• Medium Hair = Roasting veggies → A moderate temp (300-375°F) gives the best results.

• Thick/Coarse Hair = Searing a steak → Higher heat (375-450°F) may be needed, but don't overdo it!

• Curly/Natural Hair = Like slow-cooking for tenderness → Start low
(300-400°F) and go up if necessary.

Moral of the story: Heat is powerful! Use the right temp, always use protection (hello, heat protectant!), and treat your hair with care.
