Hi everyone! I just wanted to give a quick update to everyone who has applied for our Stranger Sessions.

We’re still reviewing every application! Responses are just taking a little longer than expected because we recently moved and have been getting everything settled.

I sincerely apologize for the delay and any inconvenience. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding—it truly means the world to us. We can’t wait to get back to everyone soon and continue this exciting project! ✨

Trust me… almost every client says that.

The secret? You do not need to know how to pose.

That’s literally why I’m here.

I’m awkward too. I stumble over my words, forget what I was about to say, and half the time I’m creating poses and ideas on the spot. Sometimes my brain is moving faster than my mouth. 🤦‍♀️

But somehow, it always comes together.

My job isn’t to photograph perfect people—it’s to help real people feel comfortable, confident, and connected. The laughs, the little awkward moments, the “what do I do with my hands?” comments… those are often what lead to the most genuine photos.

So if you’re worried you’re awkward, shy, camera nervous, or don’t know how to pose…

You’re exactly the kind of person I love photographing. ❤️
