This week, Structor Group was proud to join the industry in celebrating National Construction Safety Week for the fourth consecutive year. This highlights our unwavering commitment to ensuring every employee returns home safely to their families every day.
The message that we are “All in Together.” Throughout the week, our job sites held safety stand downs while our office teams participated in daily toolbox talks focused on strengthening our culture of safety.
This year’s focus, Recognize, Respond, Respect, serves as an important reminder that safety requires every person, every role, and every phase of a project to work together.
Four years of participation means four years of learning, improving, and taking care of one another. To celebrate this milestone, we focused on:

•Daily Safety Briefings: Short, focused meetings on critical safety topics.
Site Inspections: Increased leadership walkthroughs to identify and correct hazards.
•Safety Spotlights: Recognizing employees who go above and beyond for safety.
•Interactive workshops
•Guest speakers, and, of course, BBQ.

We are proud of the commitment our teams continue to show every day to protect one another and create safer environments for everyone involved.

The Structor Group team was honored to attend A Night for Heroes in Jacksonville in support of UF Health Jacksonville and the first responders who serve our community every day.

Last Friday, we celebrated the topping out of the new Fieldhouse at the Paideia School Athletic Complex—a major milestone for this exciting project. The work includes significant upgrades to the soccer, ultimate frisbee, and baseball fields, along with the construction of a new Fieldhouse, in partnership with Precision Turf.
Structor Group’s scope includes construction of the new 3,800 SF Fieldhouse, which will serve as the hub of the athletic complex and feature new locker rooms, restrooms, athletic support spaces, and a concessions area.
We were proud to mark this milestone alongside Paideia School staff, the Building Committee, Covalent Consulting, Sykes Consulting and our project partners at LDD Blueline and Breedlove Land Planning Inc as we continue working toward a May 2026 completion.
