Last week, we celebrated a major milestone with the topping out at the Chuck & Diane Stephens Hospice House.

This 18,551-square-foot, fully donor-funded project will include 16 private hospice care rooms, each with its own bathroom, shower, and private patio. The design also features exposed natural wood and steel elements throughout, along with multiple private spaces for families and visitors to gather.

We are grateful for the partnership of Northeast Georgia Health System and the design team at Perkins&Will, Mazzetti, Uzun + Case, HGOR, and DCCM as we continue bringing this important facility to life.

This week, Structor Group was proud to join the industry in celebrating National Construction Safety Week for the fourth consecutive year. This highlights our unwavering commitment to ensuring every employee returns home safely to their families every day.
The message that we are “All in Together.” Throughout the week, our job sites held safety stand downs while our office teams participated in daily toolbox talks focused on strengthening our culture of safety.
This year’s focus, Recognize, Respond, Respect, serves as an important reminder that safety requires every person, every role, and every phase of a project to work together.
Four years of participation means four years of learning, improving, and taking care of one another. To celebrate this milestone, we focused on:

•Daily Safety Briefings: Short, focused meetings on critical safety topics.
Site Inspections: Increased leadership walkthroughs to identify and correct hazards.
•Safety Spotlights: Recognizing employees who go above and beyond for safety.
•Interactive workshops
•Guest speakers, and, of course, BBQ.
