ProAudio Georgia is looking for bright, motivated individuals to join our growing team in the Atlanta area. As a team member, the candidate will be working individually and in teams troubleshooting, diagnosing, installing, and repairing A/V, Network, and Automation systems in residential and commercial applications. 2-5 years of experience installing, configuring and servicing Whole House Audio/Video, Home Theaters, and Network Systems is preferred but not required. The candidate should possess good time management skills and be able to diagnose and resolve issues in a timely manner. A successful candidate maintains a professional and presentable appearance and is capable of interfacing with clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform scheduled service calls
• Diagnose problems onsite and resolve the issue or provide a plan for a solution
• Install equipment according to the system design provided
• Manage time efficiently and effectively to stay on schedule
• Communicate daily activities and project progress
• Provide feedback to determine improvements needed in the installation process.
QUALIFICATIONS
• 2-5 years experience installing, configuring, servicing Whole House Audio/Video, Home Theaters, and Network Systems, or equal experience in another applicable trade
• Problem solving and troubleshooting skills; creative thinking
• In-depth understanding of networking and how to troubleshoot connections and configuration problems preferred
• Able to read and interpret technical documents
• Able to climb stairs, ladders and work safely at heights
• Able to lift 75 pounds
• Must be able to work independently, as well as within a team
• Strong organization and time management skills with an ability to understand priorities and work efficiently with little supervision
• Must be mechanically inclined – Have your own tools and ability to handle and properly use common power and hand tools
• High-level of customer interaction – customer service experience a plus
• Willing to work overtime as needed, including remotely supporting systems.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Desire to learn and grow with the company
• Neat and professional appearance
• Knowledge in Lutron, RTI, or Savant programming is a plus
• Experience terminating fiber optic cabling is a plus
• Must be able to travel within the branch territory and/or regional territory as needed.
• Must have a clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a required background check and drug test

An amazing client asked for us to install TV's in their great room and Screen Porch. There were existing TV's that were much smaller and big speakers hanging beside the one on the porch. After a conversation about how they would use the system we decided to focus on amazing sound outside and amazing picture inside. A Totem Acoustics soundbar was installed with a 65" Sony LED on the porch. These two make a perfect pair as you can see with the sizes matching perfectly. Very few companies can compare to Totem Acoustics for music reproduction. The Great Room received a new 65" Sony OLED to accompany the existing Definitive Technology soundbar. No TV has ever produced a better picture than what the Sony delivers in their OLED. Another amazing project and very happy client.
