I had this thought a few days ago…..Some of you have spent so much time surviving that you never got the chance to feel what survival actually cost you.

The cost of always being “the strong one”

The cost of swallowing what you really felt.
The cost of carrying pain, disappointment, heartbreak, resentment, and grief for years because life didn’t stop long enough for you to process it.

You survived. And that has been the badge of honor.

But some part of you has been waiting for the moment when survival was no longer the assignment.

After working with so many clients, I’ve found that what isn’t expressed doesn’t disappear.

It gets stored.

In the body.
In the nervous system.
In our relationships.
In the stories we keep telling ourselves.
It eve reflects in your finances, your health.

My question is are you ready to release it. The right way.

On June 28, Shelah Marie and I are bringing women together for a day of movement, release, breathwork, deep emotional processing, connection, healing, and truth.

A space to stop holding it all.
A space to finally feel it.
To be held
A space to move what’s been trapped and reconnect with the woman underneath everything she’s been carrying.

Now is the time to release the excess weight so that you can walk fully in your power. To lighten your frequency, to remove the leftover debris.
