Thank you to , partners and sponsors for inviting me to their screening and panel discussion of , their second documentary, “Before the Pause: Perimenopause”. The event was informative with the breeze of being seen, feeling reassured and the kinship of sisterhood.
I had the opportunity to supply information on the benefits of holistic therapy through the I customized for the event, and the benefits of to help relieve and lessen some of the symptoms of the hormonal imbalances in an all-natural way.
Knowledge is power and thank you to all of the panelists and attendees with such information and insight from different perspectives and experiences. There’s so much to learn about this transition in a woman’s life.
