So, how exactly do we help? We’re glad you asked! At Defeat PPD, we follow a proven 5-step process to create a custom roadmap for each mom we support:

#1: Assessment - during this phase, we spend time digging into where you are currently. We collect weeks of data to truly understand your current actions, emotions and thoughts.

#2: Root cause analysis - during this phase we seek to understand how you got to your current state. It’s important that we uncover any triggers to equip you for encountering those triggers in the future.

#3: Set your intentions - now that we know where you are and how you got here, we’ll need to determine where you’re going. Imagine setting out on a trip having no idea where you’re going, you could end up anywhere.

#4: Action plan - together, based on your goals and our analysis, we’ll develop an action plan. We take the guesswork out of everything for you by giving you the exact steps you need to take.

#5: Implementation - Now it’s time to put everything we’ve learned into action. Much of the work is done independently, outside of our sessions, so it’s up to each mom to do the work. We’ll continue providing support, encouragement, and resources along the way.
