In our expansion efforts, we are seeking an exceptional Marketing Coordinator (i.e. Guru) to take us to the next level. A passionate, results driven, left brain / right brain professional who is naturally curious and hope to change the world via technology and marketing. You will need to be comfortable with and effectively develop/ execute marketing strategies to generate target audience leads through various marketing channels/platforms. Additionally, the ideal candidate would be able to work with us on a part-time basis to start but is open to going full-time as we progress.

You are the right person for this position if you are:
•Passionate storyteller -- Experience building powerful stories in written and video content for prospects and customers that connect industry solutions/products to human experiences.
•Understanding of modern content usage patterns – Experience creating quick-hitting, short-form content pieces that generate immediate interest from buyers, in addition to detailed and technical long-form content that speak to the interests of our core software development audience
•Strong writing and editing skills – Experience translating complex and technical subject matters into customer-facing content
•Marketing funnel knowledge – Strong understanding of the marketing funnel and how content helps bring prospects down the funnel. In addition, know how to create content that turns the funnel into a marketing hourglass to build stronger relationships with current customers
•Presentation and webinar mastermind – Proven ability to create conference presentations and webinars with customers and thought leaders that will generate interest among prospects
•White paper and research sage – Experience conducting research and interpreting data, and transforming that into customer-facing content
•Creative leader -- Understand how to brainstorm and execute on creative concepts and collaborate with design, video and developer teams to build highly engaging visual content
•Social guru – Experience managing a social media content calendar, and proven ability to develop engaging social media campaigns that can grow social following, and drive engagement, leads and more.
•Campaign-driven – Deep understanding of marketing funnel and the buyer’s journey to support demand generation campaigns
Measurement wizard – Knowledge of utilizing metrics (specifically SEO) to show marketing and content ROI.

Strong interest in B2B technology – Proven ability to understand complex technical terms and concepts and B2B products, and the needs of an ever-changing technology landscape, including voice, AI and automation

• BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
• Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn

We're looking for someone who can support both the executives of the company (CEO & COO) as the company is growing.
Here's a description of what it will be like working with us:
-You can tolerate the fact that cuss words will be used. We never offend anyone or put anyone down, but you will hear a f* bomb to highlight a point
-You know there are certain things once said, NEVER need to be discussed. You'll be privy to a lot of conversations and high level/personal information
-You have the memory of an ELEPHANT! Again we're currently in our growth phase and things are happening so rapidly that sometimes things fall through the cracks.
-ASTOUNDING attention to detail. Our COO is a perfectionist and every little detail matters. This alone is very critical as it is could be the difference between us being able to close on a deal or not
-You MUST HAVE a creative mind and can come up with or TOTALLY ENHANCE an idea. You are a natural at bringing things to life (you'll see later in this add why this is absolutely a strength)
-Multi-tasking, prioritizing and organizational skills. Given 10 different tasks, you know how to prioritize & organize the tasks for the best way to complete them, There is literally a consistent process to how you do things
-Once again you're UBER organized and excellent at planning & scheduling things and don't miss out on ANY details
-You create structure for just about everything. As well as know how to put together phenomenal Powerpoint presentations
-Reliable transportation & flexibility
-Cheap with the company's money but not to the detriment of quality. You're a natural at finding and negotiating great deal
-Your friends sometimes call you a Private Investigator. You know how to research and find anything.
Here are some of the things you'd be responsible for:
-Office Management - we're currently in the process of securing and completely designing a new office space (4,000sqft) - so looking for someone who can help with ensuring we're getting the best available space, help with the interior layouts and designs and overall office management of supplies, and keeping things running once the space has been secured
-Events - we host & participate in several events regularly. We're looking for someone who has the creativity to put together events that really are remembered. As well as take the reigns in coordinating everything to make sure it's a success.
-Marketing - Proficiency in the area will give you such an edge in your application. But someone who can pull together our data to be able to come up with and manage the creative & effective marketing campaigns for the company. Responsible for monitoring the overall brand image, effectiveness & message of the company. (Direct Mail, Social Media Billboards, Blogs, PPC, Flyers - for events, etc).
-Coordinating - both the CEO and COO has very busy schedules. So being able to schedule and coordinate things on their calendars. As well as planning the travels and all the details of the company. CEO plans on traveling 2-4times a month in Q2, as well as the company has 3 trips (national & international) per year where members of the company and their plus ones come. So being able to take the reigns of making sure everything is smooth & a success. (Depending on your hire date, you may be able to join the CEO & COO on their Quarterly Leadership Review trip to the Bahamas for a couple of days)
-Transaction Coordination - Managing and coordinating the multiple transactions going on with tight timelines within the real estate company, ensuring they're able to successfully get to closing. Being the liaison between all parties involved in transaction (attorneys, buyer/seller, lenders, etc) and delivering phenomenal customer service. As well as - WE PAY A BONUS FOR EACH SUCCESSFUL CLOSING
-Hiring - Assist with the growing needs of hiring, interviewing & on-boarding team members for the various positions needed within the company.
This isn't corporate America - as long as you dress professionally for the events, we could care less if you wear jeans. The CEOs iconic look is a black tee shirt, jeans and sneakers. Just look presentable at all times.
