Did you know that 88% of patients visiting GCCN member clinics are managing one or more chronic illnesses like hypertension or diabetes? This Men’s Health Month, we want to remind the men in our communities that taking care of your health is a strength, not a weakness. Our network of free and charitable clinics provides the preventive screenings, medication management, and health education needed to keep blood pressure down and quality of life up.
