If you came to Film Fest for a friendly Fight, Megan and the two Mikes (LaPlaca and Gallo) came to deliver. In a fun, fierce, ferocious 60 minutes, we trained like mixed martial artists to improve our cardio fitness and total-body strength. OCT26 packed an extra punch with a descending ladder at the end of every working track and Meg’s birthday, for a (ding ding ding!) especially sweaty, special occasion.

We’re serious about cross-training, but don’t you agree it’s best served with some pre-filming silliness? But Group Active’s AJ, Katie, and Nikki got down to the business (then way up) with heart-pounding cardio, overhead strength, trip/don’t fall balance, and core, a heavy helping of real-life training so our bodies can handle whatever comes our way.
