I've become a backer of this project, and I want to let y'all know about it because I believe in what this British gent is trying to achieve. Pantone and Adobe are trying to profit from and lock off every single damned aspect of professional creativity, and Stuart Semple is fighting back against their egregious rent-seeking. He doesn't need further financing—he's already raised way more than his goal amount—but he does need public support...especially if those two ginormous multinationals decide to sic their high-priced legal teams on him and his confreres. Given their history, I wouldn't put it past them in the least.
