BLAST - Elevate Your Workout

Marilu- My Lulu. Marilu opened BLAST with me the very first day back in September 2008. She was 19 years old. This is her husband Alex- who didn’t “work” for BLAST but was there every day as well, helping set up classes, clean the studio, change lightbulbs...anything and everything. Over the years Marilu has worked every single position at BLAST and always with that brilliant smile and that second to none work ethic. She is the backbone. Someone needs a sub, call Marilu, someone needs help at the front desk - ask Marilu, an assistant doesn’t know where something is - ask Marilu, want a double ass whooping class - you take Marilu’s class. I have watched her grow up over these last 11 years and it has been an absolute honor and privilege. She is such an integral part of BLAST that it is impossible to imagine it without her. I am forever indebted to her for sticking by me through thick and thin, to ALWAYS showing up, for always being up for whatever challenge we are facing. I adore you Lulu.
