Before I was able to identify my triggers I WAS A LOOSE CANNON!! 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️ Ready to SNAP on anybody that tried me!! 👌🏾👌🏾 It was dangerous becuz once I lose my cool, I usually end up in trouble!! The ppl that tried me became victims and now I’m an AGGRESSOR! 🙄🙄 I guess they thought it was gonna be an argument!! Now they threatening me with guns chile🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️
Anyway… I learned my triggers and most IMPORTANTLY I learned COPING SKILLS!!
When I’m triggered I start feeling like I can’t breath 🤪🤪 It’s like my chest is filling up with MALICE girl walk away!! lol
No forreal, I start to feel trimmers inside of me like a millions ants and building a shining armor inside of me! 🤪🤪 IDK why?? But that’s my que to move around before s**t gets ugly!! 🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️
