I’ve been so deep in client work lately that I forgot what it feels like to just shoot and post for the love of it.

Shot these in The NOLA CBD with my go-to setup (Sony A7Riii + 135 GM). No wild edits. Just clean light, strong framing, and minimal retouching.

Been telling everybody else’s story. Time to get back to mine. Be honest though…How much fire content are you sitting on?

I’ve shared this image before, but never told the story behind the gold.

This was 30th birthday—her golden year.
A celebration of radiance, resilience, and the woman she was stepping into.

What you see here is the final frame of a collaborative vision:
Gold body paint laid down with intention,
Lighting sculpted to kiss the highlights just right,
And hours of retouching to preserve the glow without losing the human beneath it.

It was more than a shoot—it was an alchemy of art, trust, and technical precision.
