When I first opened , my vision was simple: personal training only. Just me, grinding 5 AM to 10 PM, and trying to find others who could do the same. But life had other plans.
It was a tough time right after the 2008 recession and not everyone could afford $200-$300 sessions. Big group fitness names like CrossFit, SoulCycle, and Orange Theory were blowing up, so I had to pivot. That’s when the idea of group fitness was born. Back then, we called it “boot camp,” and it completely changed my business model.
Here’s the thing: you never know until you try. Entrepreneurship is about taking risks, jumping before you know how deep the water is. Sure, it’s scary, but what’s the worst that could happen? If it doesn’t work, you can always go back to Plan A.
So, take that risk. Bet on yourself. You’ll never grow by staying in the safe zone. 🔥👊
