On the latest episode of Real Estate Meets AI, KP Reddy, Founder and CEO of Shadow Ventures, rated the AEC industry a 2 (maybe a 3 on a good day) on the AI Meter.

According to KP, a few “power users” are testing AI, but firm-wide adoption is minimal. It’s useful for tasks like writing RFPs, but it’s not central to how work gets done.
