Excellence In Exercise is now Excellence Wellness Solutions.

We are growing! And with that growth comes a shift in our brand to better reflect our overall capabilities.

When E in E was founded in 2005, it was a two person boutique training studio. Since then, we’ve grown to team of more than 20 staff members, training with hundreds of training clients and reaching thousands of employees each month through our corporate wellness initiatives. You all have been a big part of that growth!

Over the last few years, we have partnered with subject matter experts in mental health, nutrition, stress management, and sleep, to create a portfolio services that takes fitness a step further and reflects a more holistic view of wellness. It is our hope that this new brand better reflects that growth and our breadth of services.
