Hummingbird is proud to lead the community engagement efforts for the Chatham County Resilience Program, a forward-thinking initiative shaping the future of electric vehicle infrastructure and sustainability in coastal Georgia. ⚡🌊

Over the past six months, Chatham County has been collecting data and insights to create a more sustainable, resilient future — and now, community voices are driving the next phase.

Hummingbird joined Chatham County officials, Savannah leaders, and local residents for a visioning session that invited JCB and Hyundai employees, business owners, and EV drivers to share how they move, work, and connect across the region.

Participants mapped their daily routes, identified opportunities for EV charging stations, and offered feedback on how to make transportation more accessible and resilient for all. 🚗🔌

Community insight is essential to shaping the Electric Vehicle Infrastructure, Deployment, and Training Plan — a roadmap for a cleaner, connected, and more equitable future for Chatham County.
