Catching up on sharing some of our June events! We had an Action Packed-value added month in Intown! Huge thanks to our Superstar Panel for our latest installment of “Words from the Wise,” Brittany Miller, Adrienne N. Foreman and Kathleen Sickeler. They shared lots of insights, best practices and experience about all things new construction. Working with buyers, builders and shout out to Brittany’s husband, Chris Miller, who is a builder and came out to support his wife and provided great insight. Then later in the week we heard from Guaranteed Rate Affinity about the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac new rules affecting condos. Great information for owners and buyers of condos!
