Leadership requires courage.
Joshua 1:9 reminds us: “Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”
Courage doesn’t mean we never feel fear. It means we keep moving forward in faith, knowing God goes with us.
This week, think about the place where fear has been holding you back. Maybe it’s a new opportunity, a hard decision, or a tough conversation. Declare God’s promise over it: “He is with me wherever I go.”
You don’t have to lead alone. His presence gives you strength.
What bold step do you need to take this week?

Every leader makes plans. But have you committed yours to God?
Proverbs 16:3 says: “Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established.”
That word commit means to roll it onto Him, literally shifting the weight of your plans from your shoulders to His.
When we do, our work stops being just about us and becomes aligned with His greater purpose.
This week, ask yourself: What project, dream, or responsibility do I need to roll onto God? Where am I holding too tightly?
Trust Him with your plans. His establishment is stronger than our striving.
What work will you commit to Him today?

NEW on LinkedIn: Faith First Leadership
This week, I’m sharing a reflection on Proverbs 16:3, and what it really means to lead with faith at the center, not pressure or perfection.
I’ve learned that success isn’t just about strategy or planning. It’s about placing my work, my ideas, and my goals fully in God’s hands. When I stop trying to control every outcome, I find clarity. When I surrender the outcome, purpose becomes clearer. And when I trust God with the work, He establishes what’s meant to last.
If you’ve been carrying the weight of “figuring it all out,” this message is for you:
Your responsibility is obedience. God handles the results.

Your work is worship.
Colossians 3:23–24 says: “Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men.”
This changes everything. Work isn’t just about a paycheck, recognition, or success. It’s about honoring God with the way we show up. Excellence is not about perfection; it’s about giving our best because we serve a God who deserves our best.
This week, take one task big or small and dedicate it to the Lord. Do it with excellence, not for applause, but for Him.
How would your work change if every task was done for God first?
