Po***ck Commercial represented the tenant in securing a 3,000 SF retail space at Westside Paper in Atlanta.
Luxe Redux Bridal, a nationally recognized bridal retailer with locations across the country, will be bringing its curated dress shopping experience to the Westside. After being referred by Jackie Delay at Elford Realty, a CORFAC International firm based in Columbus, OH, our team worked closely with the client to survey the Atlanta market and identify the right fit within one of the city’s most dynamic developments.
Construction is set to begin soon, with plans for Luxe Redux Bridal to join the growing mix of retail and dining at Westside Paper.
We appreciate the collaboration with Shelbi Bodner of Bridger Properties, who represented the landlord, and all parties involved in bringing this deal together.
