Self-Care Series: Environmental Self-Care Part 1
There are many stressors in life that are unavoidable. However, there are small action steps you can take, that will impact the world around you and help you to improve, restore, and maintain good health.
Environmental self-care allows you to interact with the world around you and create a space where you can rest and recharge. This practice will have you spend more time on living life and enriching your relationships.
An effective self-care plan should be tailored to your life and your needs.
