Small businesses that provide services that are “wants” and not “needs” often forget that customers, clients, etc. don’t have to get their “wants” fulfilled by you or any other business offering the same service. “Needs”(rent, car note, groceries, etc.) are a necessity not wants. Also, a client may want to get their nails or hair done and not be interested in lashes or don’t have the budget for it. I’m humble and blessed to have my business continuously chosen to fulfill “wants”. My clients are the biggest part of my success.
