Only 6 more days to sign up for EF’s Exceptional Parent Summit. It’s coming quickly, on Thursday, April 30th, from 5-8:30 on McGinnis Ferry Road in Alpharetta, so register soon!
There is no charge to families, dinner will be served, and there will be limited childcare.
Parents of adults with disabilities face the unique challenge of planning for their loved one after they, the parents or guardian, are no longer able to care for that person.
There will be two tracks, one for those who have already identified the next generation guardian and just need help putting together all the pieces, and the second track for parents who have not been able to identify the next generation guardian and need information and assistance to get started.
Both tracks will hear from experts in the fields of guardianship law, special needs trusts and financial planning, quality of life choices, and getting real with all the issues. You will also be able to make a future appointment to work with an EF Family Navigator to customize and prioritize your plans.

As is tradition, EF ended the week before spring break with the ever-popular picklebananabananapickleball championship game! Members love signing up as players, cheer squad, or with the host committee keeping everyone hydrated and fed. It’s a game where everyone wins, good sportsmanship reigns, and the rules are rewritten as needed.
Importantly, the game highlights the EF spring raffle (win 4 Savannah Bananas tickets plus hotel night stay in Savannah or $500 cash) 🍌🥎 an the annual EF Junior Board Pickleball tournament on May 7th 🥒
For raffle tickets go the link in our bio or copy and paste https://rafflecreator.com/app/raffles/2026-exceptional-futures-spring-raffle into your browser. All proceeds benefit the EF Family Navigator program so that there is no charge to families.
