Project Update: Merry Corners Retail Shops Complete! Merry Corners Retail Shops is now open, featuring two buildings totaling over 31,000 square feet and 10 diverse tenants. From coffee and dining to retail, wellness, and entertainment, this vibrant center brings a dynamic mix of services to the community. Benning also provided general contracting services for Lee Gimbap and The Goat Bar & Grill—two standout dining destinations within the development. Kudos to everyone who brought this project to life—Ed Fussell, Jacob Bailey, Katherine Samford, and Anthony Zito!

Ryce Elliott named Treasurer of the AGC!
