A true native Georgian (born & raised!), Morgan found that group fitness was a great outlet for her insane energy and a fun way to build her confidence She is driven to help others gain that same confidence, both in and outside the studio. ⚡️
She truly believes that daily movement changes your life and allows you to connect to yourself and all the wonderful things our bodies are capable of! ✨
Outside the studio Morgan enjoys hiking and hole in the wall restaurants. 🦵🍲
Morgan loves both the mental and physical challenge of Lagree, and is really excited to share this form of self-love with others!!
