Come with me to on Howell Mill rd. in Atlanta, Ga. for a much needed sauna session and cold plunge! This place was a 10/10. The staff was engaging and friendly, they were very communicative and knowledgeable. The space was clean and quiet. I felt completely safe and comfortable the entire duration of my visit and the price was extremely affordable.

Something to mention is they also validate parking if you park in the parking deck. I didn’t know that beforehand so I drove around until I found street parking.
