The Vivian is a celebration of color, character, and community.

Located along Atlanta’s Beltline, this multifamily project was designed to feel vibrant, collected, and full of personality. Rich, saturated hues set the tone, while mid-century inspired furnishings, sculptural lighting, and bold artwork create spaces that feel both elevated and approachable.

Commercial design has the opportunity to shape how people experience a place, and projects like this remind us just how impactful thoughtful interiors can be.

Contrast is what gives this kitchen its character.

For our Kennebec Lake House, we balanced warm wood tones with crisp white cabinetry, paired bold dark countertops with a timeless light marble backsplash, and anchored the space with a dramatic black tiled hood. Mixed metals, painted shiplap, and textured brick add depth, creating a kitchen that feels both clean and collected.

The result is a space that’s geometric and modern, yet warm enough to invite slow mornings, shared meals, and weekends at the lake. It’s proof that contrast doesn’t have to feel stark — it can create a home that’s layered, welcoming, and full of personality.

Throwing it back to our 2021 Identity Davis project, where we created amenity spaces that capture the laid-back energy of Northern California while supporting the way students live, study, and connect. Bright, welcoming, and designed to feel like home — because great design should make every season of life a little more enjoyable.

Our Modern Tudor living room is a study in balance — rich, layered, and deeply inviting.

Warm wood beams, old-world inspired stone, organic silhouettes, and a moody palette come together to create a space that honors traditional architecture while embracing the ease of modern living.

We love designing homes that feel rooted, collected, and meant to be lived in for years to come. It’s that thoughtful layering of natural materials, texture, and craftsmanship that gives a home its lasting character.
