It was a bougie broker open kind of day. I had the chance to see four homes in three hours. All priced between 2.6M to 6M. The video below does not even begin to convey the size of this pool and entertainment area. Apparently the owners had 300 people in downstairs and around the pool for a party one time and no one felt crowded. There is the “beach” are in the pool, 14 lounge chairs, two lounge beds, and I believe 12 chairs located at the bar in the pool house. This does not count the chairs around the tables in the pool house. Was this home built to entertain? Hell yes! This is one of the fun parts of what I get to do. Located right on Peachtree Battle Avenue, one of the most coveted streets in the city, this home has six bedrooms with seven and a half baths. With over 6000 sq feet of space there was plenty of room to live and entertain.
