Gymnastics has taught me a lot about life.

Even though I don’t train calisthenics very often anymore (I lift everyday but true gymnastics-style training is much rarer for me these days, and has been for years) - I can still do this stuff on a whim.

The lesson:
Hard now = easy later.
Discipline now = freedom later.
Taking it serious now = ability to be casual later.

I don’t care if it’s fitness, business, speaking, or something else - anytime you say or think, “Wow - they made that look so easy... What natural talent!”

Just assume they obsessed over every minuscule detail for at least a decade before they made it look so casual.

Everyday Means Everyday.
