Who said the market is slowing down?

Yes, the interest rates have had highs and lows but even in the worse scenarios there's always opportunities. December has started with a BANG and I've had a lot of buyers get back in the game. Some have realized that it's still a good time to jump in and negotiate end of the year deals. Kudos to those who still are making moves now because when Spring/Summer hits next here the competitive madness will start all over.
