Join us on Saturday, June 6, for our monthly Ahlan Saturday gathering!

This month, the women of our community will be preparing Mahshi (محشي) for us all to enjoy – a beloved Arab dish featuring zucchini and eggplants carefully hollowed and stuffed with rice and meat. A vegetarian option will also be available.

Known for its labor-intensive preparation and rich flavors, Mahshi is a dish often made with love, shared with family, and passed down through generations. We look forward to gathering around the table together and sharing this Arab favorite.
