Are you looking to learn more about yourself and what it means to be autistic? Our 6-week course, Embracing Autism, is designed for diagnosed autistic adults and covers key topics to help you understand autism and how to support yourself.

Whether you were diagnosed recently or years ago, this course will leave you feeling informed and empowered. Sessions are held both in person and online, from 11 AM to 1 PM. Alternatively, we have an online evening option available too.
