This past Saturday, our NAASC Atlanta sisters laced up their sneakers and hit the pavement at the Atlanta HBCU Alliance 5K Run Walk at Piedmont Park. It was an awesome morning filled with fitness & HBCU pride. 👟

We loved seeing our Chapter members in their NAASC Atlanta custom shirts designed by our very own, Celene Craig, and created by SpelBox. 🩵💙

Happy Juneteenth! ✊🏾 On this day in 1865, news of freedom finally reached the last enslaved people in Galveston, Texas, two and a half years after the Emancipation Proclamation 📜 This day serves as a powerful reminder of the resilience and endurance of our community. As we celebrate "Freedom Day," we are honoring our ancestors and embracing our legacy. ❤️🤍💙🩵

The weather may have brought clouds and a few rain showers, but the NAASC Atlanta Chapter still shined brightly at the Atlanta Jazz Festival! ☔🎷 Our tent served as a gathering place where alumnae, friends, and festivalgoers stopped by to connect, learn more about our chapter, and celebrate Spelman pride. 💙
