Our latest Dunkin’ project is now open at Lilburn Square! We repurposed an existing building to create a brand-new Dunkin’ and added space for an additional tenant.
Big congratulations to Platinum Donuts and the Kurani team on another successful project—and an incredible celebration! 👏
And a huge shoutout to Halifax Construction for delivering another high-quality build. Great work, team!

The construction fencing is down, the lights are on, and the building will soon be occupied! It's been a pleasure working with Mt. Bethel and Smithbuilt Construction on this project.
