Job Description

Position Overview:

SeeLevelHX is looking to expand its scheduler/recruiter team. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can schedule and recruit for our client projects, drive success through creativity and innovation, and succeed in meeting company monthly quotas and goals.

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS:

Schedule all assigned shops within timeframe specified
Work with individuals in our shopper database in the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico in a professional manner
Creatively recruit new shoppers from online sources, social media, and local businesses/schools, etc.
Call shoppers and convince them to take assignments typically spending a couple of hours a day on the phone
Ability to learn details of assignments so you can instruct others
Respond to and resolve shopper questions and issues
Consistently meet project deadlines while staying within budget
Self-motivated and responsible enough to work in a “home office”
To be creative, innovative and achievement/goals-oriented
Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

DSL or Cable Internet connectivity
Laptop or desktop computer (no tablet computers)
Expertise in Microsoft Outlook Email, Excel and Word and your own copy of this software
Friendly and professional communication skills by email and by phone
Previous customer support, scheduling, and call center experience preferred
Previous experience with different types of software and ability to learn systems quickly
Previous experience with Sassie preferred, but one on one training is provided

WHAT WE OFFER:

25-29 hours a week for approximately 6 hours per day
$10-$13 an hour depending on experience
