​It was an absolute blast having our dear Italian friend at Varuni Napoli last night. No matter how far away life takes us, true friendship—and a passion for authentic Neapolitan pizza—always brings us right back together.

​Mark your calendars for Wednesday, June 3rd! Join us at Varuni Napoli for dinner, indulge in your favorite authentic Neapolitan pies, and help us give back. A portion of all sales from the day will be donated directly to the association to support our wonderful Edgewood community.

​We start with : a drizzle of EVOO, cracked black pepper, and creamy DOP Buffalo Mozzarella, topped with savory minced prosciutto.

​We start with a base of fresh mozzarella and Pecorino Romano, topped with a zesty mix of black pepper, lemon-infused oil, tomatoes, and sweet peppers.
​Once it hits that wood-fired heat, we finish it off with crispy chopped fried pancetta and a generous drizzle of our house-made avocado pesto. It’s creamy, salty, tangy, and totally unique.
