Canstruction Atlanta

It is with great sadness that we have to announce that due to vandalism and someone attempting to be funny and make a viral Tiktok video, this year's exhibition was partially demolished last night. As a result, we will have to dismantle this year's exhibition early for safety reasons. Fortunately, nobody was hurt, but it is sad none the less that any individual would ruin a charity event benefitting the food bank and the Atlanta community at large for the sole purpose of "likes" and "hits" on a video. We are truly disheartened that this has happened, but wanted to sincerely thank ALL of this year's participating firms, the committee, and the food bank for their countless hours behind the scenes as well as bring the exhibition to life this year amidst the pandemic. CANSTRUCTION ATLANTA IS FOREVER GRATEFUL. XOXOXOXO
As soon as we have an official can count and or donation value, we will let everyone know. If you would like to donate, please see the links on our page for direct donations as well as the charitable Amazon Smile link for all of your normal Amazon purchases.

Wonder how these structures are built? The team brainstorms ideas, hand sketches, develops concepts, then uses rendering software down to the can placements! Go check out the final structure at Ponce City Market through December 27th!

The firms that have participated in Canstruction over the years have come together to form a “super team” for this one-of-a-kind event. Canstruction is an amazingly unique charity, and a purely volunteer undertaking. We like to thank the teams who help keep the ultimate mission of Canstruction alive while keeping people safe in the process.
Thank you to our 2021 Team Sponsors! Canstruction Atlanta's annual design build is still slated to be held as planned at this time. While we are continuing to monitor the details and directives surrounding the Covid-19 developments in and around Atlanta, the event is still 6+ weeks away at this time. The Atlanta Community Food Bank needs the help generated by this event very much, so we will not cancel it unless we absolutely need to. If anything the dates may be shifted to accommodate the venue and public needs at the time.
We are (and will continue) taking all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of this year's teams, the public and the venue. We will continue to update everyone as new details and directives become available.
