Gratitude ๐ โฒ โ๏ธ
Crispus Attucks (1723โ1770) was a man of African ๐ and Native American ๐ descent, widely recognized as the first casualty of the American Revolution against the British Empire.
He was killed during the Boston Massacre on March 5, 1770, which was a pivotal event leading up to the resistance known as the American Revolution.
Attucks, likely an escaped enslaved person, became a symbol of resistance against oppression and tyranny by the British and others.
As Crispus Attucks was a prominent figure in the revolutionary movement, his sacrifice indirectly contributed to the cultural shifts that elevated coffee โ๏ธ as a โpatrioticโ beverage in colonial America.
