Congratulations to HOTWORX on their grand opening at Carrollton Crossroads! The Kroger-anchored shopping center is located at the intersection of GA-166 and US-27, in the heart of Carrollton's retail corridor.

We recently had the honor of celebrating the retirement of one of our long-time colleagues, Jill Jones. 🎉

Carolyn Oppenheimer described Jill as "a dedicated, valued member of our team for nearly 23 years, growing from a part-time receptionist to a knowledgeable, capable lease administrator. She approached every day with a smile, a funny story and a can-do attitude. We will miss her!"

We are thankful for Jill's many years of service and wish her a joyful retirement!

Resurgens Orthopaedics has opened a new office at Griffin Crossroads, combining orthopedics and rehabilitation care under one roof!

“Griffin Crossroads is strategically situated at the center of the community’s retail district, offering excellent visibility, access, and convenience for the tenant and their patients,” said Halpern Regional Leasing Director Dan Gagne, who worked with Colliers on the 10-year, 4,900 SF lease. 👏
