Our Charlotte office came together for their 5th annual Volleyball Tournament! The group split into teams for a little friendly competition, followed by a happy hour to celebrate their teamwork. Even Optomi President Tyler Snellings joined in the fun this year! Congrats to the black team on their win! 🏆

Today, we welcome our 19th Acadomi class! Our three-month training program prepares recent graduates for successful careers in the IT staffing industry. Under the guidance of Optomi mentors, Acadomi participants first learn the basics in Atlanta, then return to their local markets to gain experience under their future managers. This approach helps young professionals acquire both essential training and practical experience, enabling them to hit the ground running.
