A good reminder that curiosity shouldn’t stop at our careers. Trying something completely new pushes us to learn, stay humble, and build confidence in ways that often carry back into our professional lives. Growth has a funny way of showing up when we’re simply curious enough to try something different.

My gym journey has always mirrored my life and career. Setbacks and injuries forced me to start over, but they did not take my drive. I am focused on Rebuilding with persistence, dedication, and discipline. It is not easy, but I keep showing up and moving forward. 💪

This week I have the privilege of celebrating Georgia Pre-K Week with so many incredible advocates for early childhood education.

As a proud Board Member of Voices for Georgia's Children , I was honored to help recognize State Representative Chuck Martin for his 15 years of commitment to this important initiative. Georgia’s Pre-K Program, which began in 1992, now serves nearly 73,000 children each year.

It is inspiring to see what can be achieved when communities work together to invest in our youngest learners. 💙
