I’ve gained over 30 lbs since last year, it doesn’t look bad on me. I actually carry it pretty well but I can’t fit any of my suits anymore. My goal is to get down to atleast 185 just for health reasons like my KNEES lol and keep my BP under control.

Should I go out and buy a suit now or wait until
I lose about 15 more lbs?
