Fulltime Bilingual Office Assistant - Immediate Hire;

Georgia Auto Gallery, a family owned dealership in business for 20 years in the Lilburn/Norcross GA area, are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) office assistant for immediate hire. This is a full time position and require the right candidate to work at our dealership (no remote work).

Responsibilities include updating pictures of our inventory on our website, handling back-office work and supporting our General Manger in processing sales and title paper work, answering incoming calls and processing payments and making service appointments.

No Experience in Dealership necessary, as we will train the right candidate.

You must have the following skills to apply:
1. Use of the computer (Internet browser, Microsoft word and excel)
2. Social Media presence & postings - Facebook, Instagram, etc. Able to take and edit pictures for posting online. Create postings and grow audience.
3. Fully able to speak English and Spanish.
4. Flexible and Energetic and willing to learn.
5. Smiling attitude.
6. Able to work on Saturdays. Can start immediately.
