I never record student progress or do the whole before and after thing, I just move from one to the next, but I have found that my word is not what convinces people, so I will start collecting proof from now on :-) 

This is Steve, he's an IKU™ member. Suzie organized a challenge in the group. It was an advanced challenge that involved the squat. Steve wanted to enter, but he quickly checked his ego at the door and listened to his body. 

We then all encouraged him to stay in the challenge but do the alternatives for the duration of the challenge. Steve accepted. 

I have helped him improve his squat tenfold. There is still some work to do, but what is achieved within a time frame of 7 days is amazing, mostly due to Steve's persistence and showing up.

I love seeing results like this, this is what I exist for.

All you need is one Kettlebell and you are set.

Why is this workout such a calorie burner?

Because there are two tasks of just burpees.
Power because we have a grind followed by one of the most POWERFUL kettlebell exercises, the DEAD SN**CH, followed by a less powerful exercise, the clean, and it’s all cardio because your heart rate will skyrocket through some of these tasks if not all.
