Women’s Therapeutic Process Group (Ages 20s & 30s)
Are you a woman navigating the challenges of adulthood, relationships, career pressures, and personal growth? Our Women’s Therapeutic Process Group provides a safe and supportive space for women in their 20s and 30s to explore their emotions, connect with others, and develop healthy coping strategies.
What is a Process Group?
A process group is a therapist-facilitated space where members engage in open discussions, share experiences, and gain insights into themselves and their relationships. Unlike a skills-based group, this is an interactive, dynamic environment where personal growth happens through connection, reflection, and support.
Who is This Group For?
This group is designed for women who are:
Navigating life transitions (career changes, relationships, motherhood, etc.).
Struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, or perfectionism.
Seeking healthier relationships and better communication skills.
Looking for deeper self-awareness and emotional resilience.
Wanting a sense of community and belonging.
What to Expect in the Group
Confidential & Supportive Space: A judgment-free environment where you can express yourself freely.
Authentic Connections: Build relationships with like-minded women who understand your experiences.
Guided Discussions: Topics may include self-worth, boundaries, family dynamics, stress management, and empowerment.
