It's getting cold but don't forget the basics of layering up to stay warm and still reap the rewards of being fit.

Last year we had the honor to partner with linebacker to organize the Bay Area Salute to Veterans 5K in Oakland to raise awareness and funds to eradicate veteran homelessness Let's not forget those who serve and protect this country everyday. Happy Veterans Day!

The 2020 Miles of Hope virtual race was run in person this morning by these members. Congrats Kings. Focused. Determined. Persistent.

Join us for the completely VIRTUAL 2020 Miles of Hope 5K 10K 1M Challenge benefiting for Atlanta. Distances and challenges remain the same. Be sure to contact your running group/club as there will be meet-uos for people doing the challenge and the separate 5K and 10K distances. Run safe, run for fun, run for the challenge. The run is never canceled.
