A lot of people come into boxing thinking they need to already be fit, confident, athletic, or coordinated first.
You don’t.
You build that through training.
My boxing + kickboxing sessions are about more than throwing punches. They’re about learning real movement, real self defense, discipline, confidence, stress relief, and discovering a stronger version of yourself.

You can recreate some stretches on your own with a long resistance band and get real relief. This one is for tight quads and hip flexors.
